Our small batch pork sausages are authentically made with just spices, herbs and salt in hog casings. We use unique blends of spices and herbs to add variety to the sausage game. They’re free of preservatives, artificial flavours, water and binders. Using pure natural ingredients with our quality pasture-raised pork meat that is free from antibiotics and growth hormones.
This sausage is a variation on the classic salsiccia that is known for it's warm fennel notes. We've sautéed apple with butter and a splash of brandy, which beautifully blends with the pork and fennel flavours.
These sausages are best prepared on the braai over low heat.
