This boerewors brings the traditional South African spice profile back to the fore, with cloves taking a leading role. The blend of cloves, allspice, black and white pepper, coriander, nutmeg and garlic is complemented by a splash of Hartenberg red wine, bringing out the flavour of the pork.

Omweg Farm’s small-batch pork sausages are made with quality pasture-raised pork, herbs, spices and salt, packed into natural hog casings. Carefully balanced spice blends give each sausage its own character, without preservatives, artificial flavourings, added water or binders. Our pork is raised without routine antibiotics or growth hormones, bringing you a flavourful, honest take on a South African favourite.
