Raw Honey

Straight from our hives, with the character of every season.

Our bees live under the shelter of the old Oak trees at Omweg, with access to the flowers, trees and natural vegetation around the farm. They forage throughout the year, following the changing seasons and whatever is flowering at the time.

This means our honey is never quite the same from one harvest to the next. The colour, flavour and texture reflect what the bees have been foraging on, making each jar a little snapshot of the season.

We extract our honey with minimal processing. It is unfiltered and unheated, retaining it's beneficial properties.

Enjoy it simply on toast, drizzled over yoghurt or a warm bowl of oats, stirred into tea, or used to add a little sweetness to cooking and baking.
