Spiced Deli Sausage

A deliciously rich sausage to enjoy on a platter, in a sandwich, or as a savoury snack with drinks. Inspired by the Dutch grillworst, this plain version lets the quality of the meat and spices take centre stage, with a smooth, fine texture and a full, satisfying flavour.

Made from our pasture-raised Omweg pork and seasoned with a classic blend of white pepper, mace, ginger, cardamom, and mustard, this sausage offers a balanced, aromatic spice with a gentle warmth. Finished with a paprika and coriander rub, it’s as inviting to the eye as it is to the taste.

To serve:
Warm in a preheated air fryer at 200°C for 7 minutes, then slice and serve warm.
