Lean, grass-fed beef burger patties raised with care for optimal flavour and nutrition. Made from the same top-quality beef as the grass-fed mince, these patties are simply seasoned with salt and pepper - nothing else. No fillers, binders, preservatives, or flavourings. Just honest beef with a rich, clean flavour.

This beef comes from a farm that shares our values of land stewardship, animal welfare, and good food. There is no rush on this farm: cattle are raised naturally on pasture and allowed to mature to an older age, resulting in higher nutrient density and a deeper, more complex flavour.

Dry-aged, pure beef

Before mincing, the beef is dry-aged for 10 days. This gentle ageing process allows natural enzymes to tenderise the meat and develop flavour, producing burger patties that stay juicy and flavourful with minimal seasoning. During dry ageing some moisture is lost, resulting in more concentrated actual meat than standard fresh burgers.

These are lean beef patties with a satisfying texture and deep beef flavour. Because the meat itself carries so much character, they work beautifully with simple toppings and straightforward cooking.

These burger patties come from cattle raised on a regenerative farm in Heidelberg, on the foothills of the Langeberg Mountains. Over many years, the farm has invested in building diverse, resilient pasture - grasses, legumes, and forbs that support healthy soil and provide cattle with a naturally varied diet. That pasture diversity translates directly into better nutrition and flavour in the meat.

The farm is leopard-friendly, actively supporting biodiversity and coexistence with wildlife.
